Counseling

Individual, couple, group, and family counseling are available to help individuals and family members learn about themselves and one another, overcome the negative impact of past life events, and develop a vision for the future that meets individual and family needs.

Consultation

Dr. Firestein provides educational programs, presentations, and workshops on a wide range of mental health and wellness topics. She is available to consult with individuals, groups, and organizations to create smooth, respectful and effective ways of working together to accomplish important goals.

Groups

Dr. Firestein has led therapy groups, support groups, and educational groups on a wide variety of issues. Recent therapy groups include the Women's Therapy Group, Northern Colorado Gender Support Group, and Women Loving Women groups. She empowers groups members to take responsibility for their life decisions while also helping one another.

Free Initial Telephone Consultation

In this consultation Dr. Firestein will share information and answer any questions you may have about her practice, approach, and qualifications. You will have the opportunity to share an overview of your needs and determine whether a first appointment is indicated. Initial telephone consultations are not therapy and do not include in-depth assessment of psychological concerns. Practical information concerns services, fees, and location are available and can be provided at this time. (15 minutes)
